I recently started a five week challenge to a healthier me. This challenge consists of eating clean and working out 6 days a week. Working out is no problem…I love getting out in the fresh morning air and getting it in. Eating is a whole different ballgame. It takes some real strategy on my part to pull this off daily. I’ve recently starting logging everything I eat, not so much in grams…cups etc. but what I actually put into my mouth. You can’t over indulge in raw veggies…you’re not going to gain 5 pounds for drinking 10 glasses of water a day. Salt has been really big for me lately which is horrible for eating clean. Bottom line…..this challenge will NOT be easy but nothing worth having ever is. I will be posting on my progress including the different foods I’ll be trying until I find my perfect balance.
